Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Products must show no signs of installation, wear, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, installed, or modified
  • Packaging is damaged or missing essential components
  • The return is requested after the 14-day return window
  • The item was returned without prior authorization

Exchanges
